Planning a school fun day or PTA fundraiser and want something that can raise funds without any upfront outlay?

Inflatable fundraising events are one of the most effective ways for schools and PTAs to raise money, but having to pay for the inflatable hire first can be expensive, so that's where we can help.

How Our School Fundraising Events Work

Fill in the form below and we will arrange a time to come and take a look at the space you have, the power supply, parking and some of the other important details we need to consider.

If, between us, we decide to proceed, we will work together to create a marketing strategy to help sell tickets for the event.

We will supply the inflatables free of charge and bring stall holders who will also contribute to the event.

We set up on the day, and staff the whole event, although all volunteers are welcome.

Fundraising Potential

Wristband sales are usually the biggest driver of success.

Typical wristband pricing:

• £6.50 – £10 per child (depending on setup)

Example profit-share tiers:

• 150 wristbands sold → 10% share

• 200 wristbands sold → 20% share

• 300+ wristbands sold → 30% share

Safety is central to every school event we run

All inflatables are PIPA tested, used in line with BS EN 14960 safety standards and insured for up to £5 million. Each inflatable is cleaned, well maintained and set up in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and current safety guidelines.

Weather Policy

If we come across high winds or bad weather during the day (Although not common) we would have to postpone or cancel the event.
